Vine: Sangiovese. Production area: Ortona, San Salvo and other small farms. Sensory features: garnet red colour, intense and persistent fragrance, fruity (strawberry and sour black cherry) with a vinous note and a scent of wood.
Medium-bodied, tannic and balanced, ready to drink. Serving temperature: about 16-18° C. Best served with: easy to drink, good with salami, savoury first courses, excellent with meat and cheese.
