Vinification:

harvest: beginning of October. Soft crushing and de-stemming, brief macerated with the skins (about 6 hours), fermentation for 15 days at 12°C in order to ensure ideal freshness and fragrance.

Wine made for young drinkers, with enough experience, that are seeking good value for money

Sensory features

Bright cerasuolo pink. Intense and persistent, fruity with notes of small red fruits (strawberry). Medium structure, intense, well-balanced, very long in the mouth. Drink young.

Best served with

Easy to drink. Good with main courses, cheese and white meat, good with fish soups and roasted fish.
