Vinification

Crushing, de-stemming, cold maceration for 6 days at 4°C, soft pressing and static decantation. The clear must is then fermented at a temperature between 13-14°C. At the end of the fermentation, the lees are then left to rest for about 3 months and then the wine is transferred and sulphited.

Wine made for young drinkers, with enough experience, that are seeking good value for money


Caratteristiche sensoriali:

di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi
dorati e dal profumo complesso, fruttato con aromi di erbe, profumi
di legno, vaniglia, e noce moscata, presenta sentori di frutta, pesca,
pompelmo, lemon-lime e sapori minerali. È un vino dal corpo medio, in bocca
rotondo e piacevole, dal buon equilibrio. Sul finire lungo e pulito, speziato ma
delicato.

Sensory features

Straw yellow with golden highlights. Complex, fruit and herbal aromas, vanilla, nutmeg. Fruity, peach and mineral flavours; medium body with roundness and a pleasant mouthfeel, good balance with a good acidity that donates freshness and good balance to the wine; long-lasting, clean, spicy yet delicate.
