Sensory features: straw yellow, bright and vivid, with golden highlights. Fresh and mineral, with hints of yellow flowers, peaches and citrus fruit. Tasty and full-bodied, with mineral hints. Lightly bitter at the end.
Best served with: excellent with fish dishes (crab), fresh cheese, light risotto, cous cous and fish soup. Great with smocked fish.
